My AOS approved but my 13 years old daughter still pending
Hi. my US citizen husband petition for me and my 13 year old daughter at the same time. we both live in the US. I got my combo card approved within 3 months but my daughter didn’t. I got called in for an interview 2 weeks ago but my daughter didn’t. hers is still stuck at biometric. I have already received Aproval notice for me but still nothing for my daughter.
Has this happen to anyone else? please share your experience. How long do you think it will be before they approve her. we would love to go home for Christmas. #AOS #OKC

DQ’d but incomplete
Hi I’m not sure if someone knows the answer to this but I’d appreciate the help. I got an email saying Inwas DQ’d but when I go in my application says incomplete. Under required docs it says I’m missing my divorce decree but under optional docs it says my marriage termination doc is accepted. Do I need to add another doc right now or bring something with me to the intervew?

My PD is Oct 2023, On the uscis website Myprogress started with 6 mnths, in just 12 days it went from 6 months to 3 months to 2 months to 5 weeks and is currently at 4 weeks. has anyone experience this? it is only day 12 and I feel like im going crazy , I see other users post their long journey and I dont know if to even rely on anything online and just delete this app and wait for the letter on the mail. please share your experience with Myprogress.
