Hi all, we filed I-824 to transfer our I-130 to NVC and today this popped up on the status of our I-130 “ "Your general business inquiry with reference number WKD****5VSC was assigned to an officer to be answered." do you know what it means?
I-824 transferred from NBC to Vermont.

I don’t know you guys, but for me it has been a long journey since day 1 in US. Things are not the same and I’m sincerely drained and tired of this humiliation. I miss my freedom and dignity. considering moving to another country where immigration is not a struggle.

Hi everyone ! My congressman contacted uscis and uscis told them
Your constituent’s I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status is currently processing within normal processing times at the National Benefits Center (NBC) but will ultimately be adjudicated simultaneously with the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative by the local field office of jurisdiction (Nashville Field Office) at the time the I-485 interview is scheduled.

Service Request Update - Any thoughts
I have a pending service request at USCIS for my I-485 (VAWA Based).
RFE for Medicals was received and submitted in June.
While checking the status randomly, I just found out that it shows the following:
On September 29, 2023, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number XXXXX, was assigned to an officer for response.
What does it mean, any experience?
