90 days since responding to rfe
it’s been 90 days since I responded to medical rfe for my I-485 . My priority date is 12december 2022.
I don’t have any updates ( San Antonio field office ) . I had a chat with live agent and they said it’s waiting for adjudicator to be assigned to case . all processing is done . (f1 to AOS)
I asked to create tier-2 request . does anyone have experience with tier-2 requests ?
it’s so unfair some people get adjusted immediately . it’s never first come first serve .

deferred action, this year contrary to last year the process was very fast, it only took 39 days since the day they recieved my aplication to the day they produced my new card. great job they did. i am very impress witu how quick they moved this year, last year it took 13 months for the whole process and this year only 39 days. great job uscis.
