I765: Approved 06/02/23
I131: Approved 07/19/23
Interview date for i-130 & i-485: 10/03/23 (it really went well and got verbal approval)
I130: Approved 10/04/23 (this time I was mixed emotion because they approve the i130 but my i485 is still “interview was scheduled” so I thought something is wrong or what so ever)
I485: Approved 10/16/23 (I chatted multiple EMMA agent and called the USCIS hotline multiple times to confirm the information I got from EMMA and they said yes it’s approved and the GC is in production and allow 30 days to deliver)
It really put me in tears after getting multiple confirmation that my case has been approved.
To all LGBTQ+ applicants here, please don’t be discourage. They process all the case the same process as traditional marriage. 🏳️🌈

documents tab
im I the only one that doesn’t have a document tab for my Uscis cases? my advance parole was approved back in may (no documents tab). my i485 and i765 are still pending. it has been 399 days and counting and still no rfe no approvals and I kinda see everyone with documents tab and I have no such thing
also Nov 1st I’ll be able to request an inquiry cause my case is taking too long and still haven’t heard any good news.
my cases are i485 adj and i765 based on peding adj of status.

2 years greencard vs 10 years greencard
Hi everyone ! I got my receipt number 13 months ago and ı got married 18 months ago. My case is still processing. Is there anyone here got 10 years of greencard under 2 years of marriage . Or is it certain rule to be over 2 years of marriage to get 10 years greencard ?
