@H 11 how long once you submitted everything you got the DQ

21 calendar days

it usually takes between 1-3 weeks max

they asked for PCC & criminal court and prison records i uploded PCC (UAE) but we dnt hv the criminal record here in Dubai so they accpted my PCC only. So i got DQed 4 hours ago

@H 11 my wife lives in Lebanon so all we have is the Police Record, she got it and translated it and I used that hope that all they need.

@um ch what you mean by pictures. All they asked was passport photo

after I submitted everything I got DQ after 8 days exactly.

@R B oh I thought they would want to see pictures. but I just saw your case is different. usually for i485 you should submit pictures of the couple together and with family/friends

what about proof of bona-fide marriage. I can see u submitted no evidence

@Martins Chima The proof of bona-fide marriage is required during the interview. Its not required by NVC. The only thing matters is that you submit the marriage certificate for them to view and verify the legitimacy of the marriage.. @R B You are going to get DQ in a week I suppose.. They are pretty fast these days with the applications if they find everything submitted is according to the standard

@Ameesha Nand ok. just that for my country is advisable to upload both your evidence together to avoid hard interview

@Martins Chima, Ameesha is correct I submitted it to USCIS as part of the I-130 and my wife will take the proof to the interview when it happens. The NVC doesn't require it. @Ameesha Nand I like that hope you are right. One week sounds great

same here, we submitted all thé financial and civil documents last week waiting for response. fingers crossed 🤞 InnshaAllah

@sally mines did you get DQ'd as you applied the week before me.

@R B we received an email on the 1st of December requesting me to login and check the message from NVC and when we checked everything all documents were approved and they requested for me to resend my passport biometric page because it wasn’t clearly scanned

@H 11 or anyone reading this did you get from NVC the "Case FE Review Note" though everything that was uploaded was Accepted. How much did it delay after you uploaded the document requested. And is that usually it or they can review more and ask for other things

i uploaded all the docs the 1st time n few days later they asked for (prison record) which we dnt hv here in Dubai so i wrote a letter n uploaded it again a week later i got DQed!

@sally mines yes my wife yesterday got DQ'd by NVC so now I wait to see how long for her to get an interview with the US Embassy in Beirut

hey our marriage certificate is uploaded in ceac which is on our country’s language and forgot to uplaod the translated document and it has been submitted.😭what should I do now

@jareena shrestha if you hit thr submit button then you wait as they will send you a message then you go ahead and uploaded a translated one. so use the wait time to translate it

I don't know as every case is different for me it was 1 week when I forgot to upload one file and they asked for it

@sally mines nope nothing yet and have no idea how long this last step takes. But from what I read each US Embassy workload/backlog is different for each country

We became documentarily qualified on 08/17/23. It is 01/08/24 and our interview still hasn't been scheduled! interview location ciudad juarez and my priority date is March 25, 2023.
