Need Advice on Next Steps
My case is filed Sep’22 PD as part of parallel filing of 140 and 485. Country: India.
By Nov 140 was approved, Dec’22 received EADs for all of us in the family and then APs by Jan’23. Had a medical RFE in Feb’23 and responded back in Mar and then update was on received communication. Since then the case is stuck as remains pending. All of the applications were filed when dates were current. But I see another user getting a GC from the same category who filed in Dec’22 receiving the GC not sure how’s that’s possible when dates have retrogressed unles it’s from ROW. I’m not sure what should be my next steps if there is a way to progress this any further. Or should we be just waiting since the dates have now retrogressed.
travel while form i-130 is pending

I have questions and I need help please!
I filed form i-130 for my husband in February and process is actively being reviewed by USCIS.
my husband just had a business opportunity to travel over here for a business meeting/ conference in another state.
my questions are:
- will the Embassy give him the business visa knowing he has i-130 pending?
-will we get into trouble or will the form i-130 be disturbed, delayed or denied if he goes in for an interview regarding the business visa?

Citizen applying for a sibling who is married. How long does it take to get the Visa/GC ?
Sister is citizen applying for brother who is married & have no children yet. Applying for them Sibling Family Visa to get Green Card. How many years will this process take. I hear 5 to 10 years, is that right ? Does anyone have the overall processing time.
