I called USCIS call center and lady on the phone said the case (I-130) was received and has been actively reviewed in Nebraska Service Center (I thought it was Potomac as I first received the notice from) since January 2023. Has anyone gotten decision or approved from Nebraska for January 2023 and if so, are you a citizen or green card holder? How long has your case been pending?
Ps: I see more people getting approved and I am already losing my patience, lol no hard feelings!!

@yujeiry A I see majority of the cases are being approved within 10-13 months period. hopefully yours and mine gets updates soon. fingers crossed!

mine was originally in Texas, approved in Nebraska.my PD date October 24th, and I got approved recently. I'm a US citizen and spouse overseas. give it a couple of months and hopefully there will be more January approvals!

@k benny call center lady told me that my case was transferred from Potomac to Nebraska since March 2023 but my PD Jan 9 2023 so I am confused it’s been over 300 days and still no decision yet

if they didn't send you transfer notices, you can submit an inquiry at USCIS and also contact your local rep.. it is illegal for them to transfer and not send a transfer notice.
