How long maximum is it recommended to stay outside of US while I485 still in process due to pd being not current?
I’d appreciate if you could share your experience of using your AP with your length of stay outside of US. Have your lawyers recommended specific maximum period you should stay? thank you!

i am a U.S. citizen my child is born in india today received his passp and crba now there is online site frro where you can register you exit permit and apply for visa. this piont I don’t know should i have to do applying for a visa my son or apply for a exit permit. if someone helps me that will be great 😊
On 24th Oct we received message from NVC that we are DQ. When will interview be scheduled? AMS embassy.
Anyone who is also from the Netherlands and can give me a bit of a timeline? How soon after becoming documentarily qualified did you receive your interview date? And what was your interview date? I’ve heard that the Netherlands doesn’t have a backlog, so it’s usually very fast, but i’m not sure. TIA!
waiting for NVC to approve husband
The wait is so draining. My husband (who is overseas and I’m in the US) got approved by USCIS in the beginning of September 2023. We got a welcome letter from NVC, paid all fees and uploaded all the civil documents on 10/25/2023. Anyone know about how much longer we will wait for them to approve these documents? and after approving them, how much longer until they send us an interview date? If you’ve recently been approved by NVC, please help! The wait is draining… it’s been in my head so much lately. just want him here already!

When Can My Son be Approved?
My US citizen husband submitted my 15 years old son’s application and mine the same day on 11/03/2021, I got my green card a year ago. But nothing happened to my son’s. After many inquiries and congressman’s help, still nothing happened. 😭😭😭😭 My son lives in my home country without schools , I am so worried… God, please help us. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
