EAD Approved. How long until I-485?
Holy shit. Still in disbelief my EAD got approved. No case update but approval letter found under the documents tab yesterday. But here’s my question, my 485 status has been “response to UCSIS’ RFE was received since May 16th. Under that it says “Response received on Tuesday November 28th. We will review the evidence.” Does this mean the RFE has actually been opened now and they’re reviewing it? How long now until I get another update on that?

I recieved a Notice of Intent To Deny on my I130 about 1-2 months after receiving my EAD. The NOID was asking to submit more evidence. I got pissed off and sent them 500 pictures spanning across 5 years in PDF format including every document I could think of. Then about a week later I got approved. "Will review evidence doesnt" really give a timeline its random.

Yeah, I'd check on your I130 as well because I stopped recieiving updates. I had to go in and check every tab.

@Husky d i m totally stuck this wait is depressing me i did not appy for ead i m just sitting home and waiting for approval . now i have no any valid id my passport is expired 😭😭

@Nav sandhu our cases are still considered under “normal processing time” I don’t think we can expedite unless you have a legitimate urgent need I THINK. But trust me this thing is a pain in the ass and the EAD will do wonders for me, I’ve been in the U.S. for 16 years without one 😭

me too I am oct 2022 filler and today is 403 days as I am waiting for my EAD and Green Card

@Husky d 80% cases are solved in 14 months when i check processing time for our service center so we have to wait dec month too after December we can call uscis that our case is outside normal processing time
