good night lawfully fam I have a question not sure if anyone have the same experience and would love to hear ur thoughts.just now I received an update that uscis is actively reviewing my case for i485 this is the second update with the same info since April 2022.tonight update have todays date any thoughts thanks in advance 🙏

I received the following message from the USCIS! How long it will take for the production and delivery of the card?
We have approved your Form OS155A, Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration, Receipt Number IOE************. On October 19, 2023, we ordered your card to be produced. We will mail your card to the address you gave us.

Is this normal??
My PD is August 2018 and my interview was completed in Jan 2022 and still no decision. I have already contacted the congressman in my area and USCIS response for the inquiry was the application is still pending at Washington FO.
can anyone please advise.
