EB2 NIW Approved - Options
Hi,
I had my I-140 (EB2 NIW) approved on 09/14, and received my I-797 approval yesterday, my priority date is June 2023.
I have two questions:
1. My employer was my petitioner, if I decided to leave that employer and leave the country, would I be able to self petition my I-485 once my priority date becomes current?
2. What are everyone’s thoughts on when the June 2023 PD will be able to file?

Got the decision finally! 🎉 Priority day May 10, 2022. It is an EB2 application. The timeline shows wrong. I couldnt change. I wish patience and good luck to everyone here.
