@M P M To show that somebody didnt worked unauthorized and that no taxes are owe. Isnt that something they want to see? Taxreturns, i thought i read that somewhere.

@German Refugee it might be, when they schedule you for an interview do they usually tell you what is the reason for the interview?

@M P M I mean when you have your EB3 interview, wouldnt it be better to bring the tax return right away?

@M P M I also read more, they might ask they might not, seems that EB3 interviews are different than marriage based, employment based is more about your job than your private life.

@German Refugee You want to take tax returns for at least 3 years if not 5. I was asked for tax returns from 5 years ago on my interview so it is definitely a good idea to take it.

@Jimmy Jackson When you have the N400 i understand that but for employment based provide 5,lol. How did you knew you had to bring so many? I mean when i prepare i have the most recent but how did you even come on the idea to bring so many? Im just curious

@Jimmy Jackson Are you allowed to have your cellphone with you during the interview? like access to emails, photos, or all evidence shouldbeprinted out on paper

my lawyer told me to bring Tax returns for the past three years, and you want to bring physical evidence, The officer want to be able to retain a physical copy for their purposes.

You are allowed to bring your cell phone but I don’t think the officer will take your email or text into account. They like to have physical copies.

@Jimmy Jackson Thats really surprising, i mean really. From all the people i spoke to you are the first who had to bring that. Thats interesting.

FWIW, I was asked for 5 years, I provided the officer with 3 years and my application was approved after a month

@Jimmy Jackson Its just weird to ask for 5 returns if 99% of the people not even bring their most recent and dont even get asked for it. But hey, who cares, you are done.
