@Nav sandhu Thank you . after they got my evidence 60days, i found an Emma agent ask for an inquiry (Not every Emma will help you but try until you get luck ),she give me referral number said they will reply me by email in 30 days. (but no response,so i asked again wait another 30 business days,then ask again keep waiting and waiting 🥹) actually no email until they approved.

@yiyi Ma same here i already submitted 3 inquiries and they reply my 3rd inquiry we are actively reviewing your case nothing is outstanding at this time 😒 i don’t know how long does they take for approval ☹️

Congratulations 🎉🎊That's one of their lil trick, to approve just before the marriage 2 yr mark. If your card is made before it gets to the mark, you will get a 2yr. What was your RFE?

For anyone who may want to know, I didn’t take any vaccines for my I693 form cuz pregnancy . my ob said i can take some of them, but the doctor in clinic suggested me do not do that,she will explain to immigration office when pack my documents.

@Nav sandhu Yes having you to pay twice is all a part of their plan. I'm petty sure if they knew i would get a 2 yr card, I would be approved already. Just like all the 2023 cases.
