did you call them after 60 days from the rfe response?

same here pd is sept 2021, Got RFE for medicals and bonafide proof back in march, responded in April, they received response in may. just actively reviewing but nothing since then

I do call them after 60 days and they just replied is actively reviewing nothing else

@Anna Miller did you contact the white house? is it of any help? I contacted them last week and there’s still nothing on my case. I’m tired.

@nicky Oscar yes. after a month or so I got a call from a representative saying that you contacted White House and we reached out to your local field office and the interview was scheduled

Thank you @Anna Miller I did my interview 9/21/2021, and since then, I haven’t heard anything on my case, my husband and I are tired, he had to reach out to White House last week and he got this back.is this the message you received before they call you? @nicky Oscar trust me, I totally feel you. we applied in 2021, got our 1st interview in May 2022, then complete silence.. tried multiple service requests, congressman, senator, ombudsman, - nothing worked. reached out to White House and got second interview yes, the same message.

@Anna Miller Amen, Thank you so much, I really appreciate your response. I really hope it works this time around, we have contacted congressman and ombudsman. is just so crazy, we filed since July 2020, and it’s been crazy and tense since then.

@Anna Miller can you please walk me through on how to submit my pending application request to White House. I have been waiting since sep 2021. no interview. no any update. been on this journey since Feb 2018.

@ATL Jacob sure thing. just go to White House website, go to menu, select contact us, there will be a form you will need to choose help with federal agency, and then just fill all the info and also a summary of your situation, put as much details as possible, also put your receipts numbers, name, etc
