Approved today!
I’m happy to report that my I-130 was approved today! 🥳
My nerves were shot the last few days after they sent me an RFE on Wednesday. I just needed to submit more evidence that the relationship is real, so I gave them a ton of clearly-labeled photos, WhatsApp call log/media/chat screenshots, visa stamps, boarding passes etc. I was honestly shocked it only took a couple days after submitting the evidence to get approval. I’m so overjoyed!

Question of E-request i485
Hello i have my VAWA approved last year October 2022.
I received the request of medical February 2023 and submitted.
Online update Medical received May 2023
currently i moved again and submitted the change of address this October like a few days.
I am waiting the call of USCIS for the appointment to go in local office to update the address to be sure they update.
Also I want to send a E-request on I485 since it's 5 months waiting.
Can I send E-request on I485 to my new address or no because the new change of address is on pending?
