Hi My daughter is trying to get her license as a 16 year old
in the permit there’s this question
“are you in the country legally ?”
how am i supposed to answer that question.
we came here with visa and stayed, we been living here for more than 3 years and I have already started a VAWA Process.
I know it’s to much info but if someone out here can help that would be great,

Abu Dhabi Embassy - Is Petitioner allowed to be present for the interview
Hello,
My case is in the Abu Dhabi embassy.
I want to know if the petitioner is allowed to be present in the interview with the applicant (CR1/IR1 interview)?
Or is the petitioner not allowed to enter the embassy and only the applicant is allowed in.
No interview yet, just wondering.

I130 approved , now what?
Hey everyone!
Is anyone familiar with what I should expect now that my i-i30 was approved? I read somewhere this means the initial submission is approved and so it is now sent to NVC for final decision?
*USCIS portal shows I was sent a notice as of yesterday but it still does not show in the Documents

Flying inside the US
hi everyone,
has anyone flown inside the US while they are still waiting for their cases to be approved ?
I still do not have my Travel Card or EAD.
My husband & I bought tickets to fly to Texas from Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit his family. I have intentions of using my valid foreign passport at the airport. But has anyone experienced anything similar ? or tried flying domestically? Any & all information is appreciated .
All of my cases (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) are still pending this is why i am curious.

Doest this mean anything?
My receipt date for I-130 and I-485 is Jan 13, 2023 (filed concurrently). The status on I-130 has been “Case received” and “being actively reviewed” on I-485.
The my progress for I-130 has been “taking longer” for a while now, like 3 months or so and nothing for I-485. Suddenly today the My progress for I-130 changed to 2 months.
Does this mean there’s some movement of my application?
