I-730 approved (04/2020 to 01/2023)

provided a non-immigrant visa on (09/2023)

came to America on (09/2023)

received my I-94 from CBP OFFICE because they don’t provide anymore online I had to make an appointment through the congressman office to have my I-94 

to apply for an social security number you need an EAD (Employment Authorization Card ) and at the same time your I-94 . I received my EAD without application,
the consular from back home already applied for me and my family and I received on mail box .

am here to give you answer if you want.

I don’t have a lawyer the thing I wanted to know from you people when am an benefits of this type of case when do I need to apply for my green card?
