Embajada en Santo Domingo
Ya hace un mes que nos enviaron el correo de documentos calificados del NVC. Depues recivimos el correo de que el NVc estaba trabajando conjunto con la embajada Dominicana (Santo Domingo) para agender nuestra entrevista. Ya hace exactamente un mes que estamos esperando la fecha de la entrevista. Esto es un periodo “normal” de espera de respuesta o donde puedo comunicarme con alguien para pedir alguna actualización. Mi esposo llamó a la emabajada pero solo es servicio telefónico automatizado no tienen agentes para habla con uno. Cualquier informacion sería de mucha ayuda.

Green Card Interview
Hi, I am on h4 and by husband is on h1b and his priority date is in March 2022, our green card has been fast tracked on my country of birth. We have been scheduled for interview, I didn’t attend the interview as we are in the process of filing divorce. Will husband get the green card?

Hello everyone, my wife's case was approved today, but mine still pending, she is the principal applicant, now I can't wait for my approval.
We got two RFEs during the one month, first one was medical and right after we sent the response we got another one asking for proof of lawful presence in US.
After we sent the response retrogression happened, August and September passed by, then October bulletin gave us some hope, but despite the PD being current, our both cases was still in CRP status, and today suddenly her case status changed for "new card is being produced".
After all there is a light at the end of the tunnel)
