Answer No in Public Charge But Received Approval
Hello all. Today my case status got changed to New Card Being Produced. I answered “No” to public charge question. So I am confused that the case was approved without any RFE. I asked my lawyer if I should inform USCIS and lawyer suggested not to inform USCIS. I filed I-485 based on an approved I-140 NIW. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

thank you @N F . Even I read few comments in Reddit where people said that they received gc selecting no. Looks like uscis set a grace period where they considered and approved without rfe. I submitted Dec 28 2022. when did you submit yours just curious.
