I send rfe jun15 2023 and delivered June 17 2023, after 2 months I never received any updated, 14aug I call to uscis and sumbit my inquiry.
Today I received uscis mail, he say
your i485 is pending, we regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of ur petition. your rfe response was received. that it
anybody know how much time take by usics to approve 485
I already waiting last morethan 3years

I encourage to anyone who is stuck in a case to contact your congressman!! I contacted them first for my i751 and the next day I got approved and after that I contacted them for my i400 and next day got my oath ceremony scheduled!!! 🙏🏽 I’m so grateful 🥹🙏🏽

485 submission - chance of combo card?
hi all, I have just submitted 485, 131, 765 to nebraska. I've heard some people getting combo cards for their EAD, and time line is showing 4 month average for ead approval so far.
is there much chance of the EAD approval coming as an EAD / AP in this time frame? also interested in doing ac 21, is it likely id have ead / ap within 180 days of submission?
