Use of Advance Parole
Hello All,
I received my combo card while my GC is pending on July of this year and in August I received my advance parole from the TPS (I am Venezuelan). Which one should I use to re-enter the United States once I come back from my trip?
Can I show the CBP officer the two permits? or should I choose just one? Can I use one if the other one doesn't work anymore? #greencard #TPS #advanceparole #I485

Hi Guys,

Biometrics Taken: 11/02/2023
Contacted USCIS via EMMA: I was advised that the interview was waived on 10/24/2023.
IDK if USCIS agents have provided me the correct info, but it seems like it's too soon for them to waive the interview. They received my case on 10/18/2023. 🤔 Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Expedite question
So, after requesting for an expedite, I got an email from them to submit the documents to an email address, which I did 7 business days back. However, I never got any confirmation of receipt or approval/rejection yet.
Question- Was anyone who applied for expediting, given an email to submit the documents to? After how much time did you get a reply? Is the email leggit?
