Good Morning All,
my ead is expiring in feb 2024, I sent in my renewal back i August and just lastnight in my mailbox a envelope from Vermont that it wasn't renewed due to nonpayment of $410. Is there a fee for renewal? Or should I expedite my 360 based on the fact that my employer wants my new work auth? I need help with making a decision. No I don't have a lawyer!

Has anyone had this issue? on uscis case tracker my VAWA app date is March 2022 which makes it almost 2yrs since I submitted. however on lawfully app I notice it says my submission date for my VAWA is June 2022.. anyone can explain please

father is US citizen , he got his citizenship after his daughter birth .so daughter is not US citizen by birth.if mother documents qualify date is ahead of daughter documents qualify date at NVC, is it possible to have interview of both mother and daughter at same date as daughter is minor. kindly share your experience
Waiting can be tough
I wish I found this community sooner because reading the posts makes me feel less alone.
My journey started in 2021. My husband and I started filling on Nov 24,2021. The work permit came fairly quickly around February 2022 and then the long wait began. Finally, a year later in March 2023 we got the medical RFE and a letter stating our interview was waived. We responded to the RFE right away and then the I-130 got approved on May 3rd 2023.
We have been waiting since May 6 2023 for the I-485 to get approved. Our lawyers are say it’s just a waiting game at this point on till it is outside of “normal processing times”.
My twin sister is getting married on 11/23/23 in Nigeria I won’t be able to attend it since I can travel back home and return ☹️.
This has been THE most trying time of my life and I am still hoping on God for a miracle.
