During the filling i-130 we made a mistake and my husband wrote that İ had other mrriage before ( but İ dıd not have )they want now divorce certificate , which İ dont have . what can İ do ?

write an affidavit attesting that it was an error and that you do not have a certificate to provide because you have only been married one time.
