our out of processing time ended Nov.4th so my wife called them on Nov. 6th and they did the inquiry for her and told her she will hear something in 30days time wish we waited no message no mail on the 18th my wife called and told them we haven't hear for them so the lady requested for another inquiry wish I got the message on my other case tracker app on the 19th I received 2 message so on 20th I saw we were approved
