@N F The IO approved it and said we should be getting our cards in few weeks.

@John Aliyev What do you do you? When did you come into the USA? How long have you been married? Where did you meet your spouse? What degree did you get for the job you do? Where is the location of your current employer? How old is my son. To my Spouse What do you do for a living? Current employer’s address ? Have ever been married before? She made me and my husband sign on a sheet of paper after we each answered our questions. Overall it was a very good experience, the interview was process went smoothly and the IO was friendly.

@K I-485 I've heard officers don't track VB like we do. in most cases they don't know if your PD is current or not. I have a friend in the exact situation like you. his interview was in September and he wasn't current that time. he's still waiting for a gc even though he became current in October. btw he told the officer that he's not current. the officer had to check and said "your gc will be approved as soon as visa is available."

@S.M.Safayet Ullah We applied for our I-140 alone on August 20, 2022, I-140 was approved on January 13, 2023. We applied for our I-485, I-131, I-765 on February 20,2023. I-1765 and 1-131 was approved on July 2023. We got our interview notice to appear on November 11 2023. Then interview scheduled for December 19, 2023.

@Dr Shamim No the officer didn’t ask for that, we only presented my employment verification letter.

@K I-485 I think we are in the same situation. We went for an interview 12/19, approved on the spot. Nothing has changed for our status, Chicago FO. Who was your interviewing officer?
