how long does it take for a review to be completed? my case will be 3yrs in june
We regret the time it is taking to process your application. USCIS records show that the processing of this case has been delayed because the required USCIS review is still in process. Until the required review is completed, this agency cannot move forward on this case.

I think I have to delete this app for my own mental health. my case has been pending since August 2021. RFE for medical was requested June 15th 2023, RFE was received June 28th 2023 uscis updated their system to show they received it September 18th 2023. no movement since.
it’s depressing to see people who filed this year getting either interviews or green cards. congratulations to all those that have been approved though.

Case Remains Pending?
Hello,
I filed my I485 back in Dec 2022 when the PD was current, it is no longer current though. Recently, my case status changed to 'Case Remains Pending'. What does this exactly mean? Does this mean uscis has already approved my case, and is simply waiting for a visa number to become available to issue a green card? Or does it mean they will go over my documents, maybe issue RFE for medicals, etc only when a visa number is available?

My H1B is received to uscis on 24 October soon after that received RFE is made but still didn’t receive the document waiting for that. can someone suggest me is RFE a good thing or clear rejection

my combo card was approved on 11/02 .No status change in uscis sute though but have notice in documents section. is travel doc also valid for 5 yrs if combo card is valid for 5 yrs?#combocard
