Can’t wait until next bulletin! Anyone excited?
PD of Dec 2017 (EB 1). The wait for Jan 1, 2024 is making my tummy growl. The case got moved from TSC to NBC recently.
Almost a 11 year wait (obviously nothing in comparisons to decades that people wait).
Given that EB1 India PD date moved further a lot
compared to previous VB, can we expect the 2017 cases to be adjudicated in Q1/H1 2024?

I wish rather than a huge bump, they had moved the dates every month steadility.
Now a lot of people will file, and things will move at random. Even if you have a really old PD like 2017 Jan, someone with a Sept 2020 PD can get GC before you.
So, some older PD will be really unlucky, and some newer PDs will be really lucky.
if the dates retrogress somehow, some older PD folks will be really really unlucky.
So, I just hope that I am not that really really unlucky person. I have a Jan 2017 PD.

same for me. case was transferred to national benefits center two weeks ago, at the same time as the visa Burton for 2024 came out. Hoping it positive news in January.
