Take this process less seriously! Live life!!!
Good morning people, today I am deleting my account on this app and canceling my premium subscription and deleting my Uscis account.Life is to short to live with anxiety and depression because the worst federal agency. 13 months waiting, not RFE, 1st actively reviewd in September 2023 case moving in snail’s speed. But you know what I don’t care anymore, My wife is open to the idea of moving to my home country, that is actually matters. She and me staying together, it doesn’t matter where it would be! So my advice for people with a long wait (thanks to this agency) is live your life, make plans with your partner or petitioner, YOU ARE WORTH IT! even though we are just “cases and numbers “ for this people that don’t treat us with respect, You are worth it to your loved ones. Don’t stress out with this, leave those people alone, eventually we will get an answer in the meantime enjoy life in the fullest! Sorry to come here and vent like that, but I am done with everything, “Your mental health is way more important than any card that this government can give to you” those were words from my therapist and that’s how I will live for now on. Pending I-765 based on AOS
Has anyone had any luck with doing a service request for a case that is out of normal processing for I-765? We filed for AOS with I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 December 9,2022 and have yet to receive the approval for the I-765 nor I-131. We did the biometrics January 2023. We received RFE for I-485 in June 2023 for Medical which was sent and received on August 8,2023. Both the I-765 and I-485 were reviewed for the first time on the day biometrics were taken. We have not heard anything back since sending the RFE. I have seen some December filers being approved. If any December 2022 filers or even before December 2022 filers can let me know if this has also been the case for you and you have not received I-765 or I-131 yet and if this is normal.

is anyone know how my interview will be rescheduled
because nvc cancelled my interview and states that interview has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances its was in mumbai india on 10 july 2023
and they never send and new interview letter yet and its been already 5 months
