RFE WAS RECEIVED( MEDICAL EXAM) GONE
Hi there,
has anybody has the status RFE WAS RECEIVED removed after CASE REMAINS PENDING ?
After uscis sent me an RFE goes directly to case remains pending, the rfe was received is gone.

@jay bill - in my case, i sent the RFE but never updated the status "RFE WAS RRCEIVED". The case was updated stating "Case Remain Pending".

@M R sorry, mine was never updated to RFE WAS RECEIVED, it’s been about 8 months already. now my PD will get current in January!

@jay bill if it already 60 days since you sent RFE, you can ask for case inquiry request through emma. my case will be current on January and believe we are in same boat.
