Hi Lawfully family. Has anyone tried logging in to their USCIS account and not able to see anything? It is taking me back to the initial set up process, requesting online access code and receipt number. Had my account over a year so I can’t see why .

work permit in removal proceedings
I file Vawa case in march 2023 I’m in removal proceedings but my removal case in administrative closure from court
But my lawyer file my I 485 ,I 765 and I 131 in uscis but I hear from the group if anyone have removal proceedings then uscis did not have jurisdiction
please advise me I can get my work permit from uscis or I have to file my 485 in court

finally
I was denied 3 months ago because of affidavits of birth certificate, which made me to file for motion to reopen case.
I was worried and had so many voices in my head, a lawyer even told me to start the filing all over and after listening to other voices I decided to wait and today I just reluctantly opened lawfully only to see CASE APPROVED.
my joy is full and my happiness knows no bound at the moment.
I am so thankful to you all who put up your case experience in order to encourage some of us.
