485 Tab
I received a noid (Intend to deny notice)for my on November 3 for my I130 and I sent in all the required evidence needed so they can make their final decision based on what was on the letter 2 weeks ago.cOnce I receive that letter. My 485 tub appeared with 3 months on it which i didn't have before. Which is the same time was giving to me on the noid to submit all evidence.
Now, 2 day go my i485 tab keeps jumping from 3 months to 4 weeks back and forth. Does anyone has in experience with this type of thing?
side note.. I've received my combo card in September and the evidence the needed for the i130 has been sent in 2weeks ago. I'm just waiting for a final decision.

i just what evidence u sent whenu first applied for i-130. is it that u didn’t send enough convincing evidence why they sent you a noid instead of RFE?

when I went in my documents 2 yrs for the 130 I just got married so the person who filled it didn't do it properly enough I sent enough.. but the just ask me for updated things alone with what I didn't sent
