RFE MEDICALS
Can i send my RFE for medicals without my lawyer even though he still representing me. I am doing this because he’s really old and i fear he might even lose my medicals.

I did without my lawyer and got approved 2days latter. it’s not a problem. just include a copy of your RFE in the package and ensure it’s signed for when delivered. either you or your lawyer is fine from experience
