I130 petition April 2023 filer standalone
Happy Holidays everyone..
Getting more anxious now that the days are getting closer as they come! is it good to add more evidence in unsolicited documents, I don’t know if this will help our case or not? any advice, plus I was thinking of sending K3 petition but since we are getting close to the new year I’m not sure if it will help or not? Any advice would greatly appreciate it.

K3 is free to file, so it doesn't hurt and our lawyer said it has the possibility to cause a faster decision for I130. So there is nothing wrong in giving it a try.
