Premium processing: how long does it take to switch to it
Hi everyone, I would appreciate if you could share your experience about a few questions:
1) Does the case status changes on USCIS website when premium processing is applied to it?
2) How long does it take to apply premium processing after I-907 submitted?
3) Is there a way to check was I-907 submitted at all?
I transferred the government fee for premium processing to my attorney 1.5 month ago, they told they submitted it two times but “probably USCIS lost it the first time“ and for the second one we need to wait a few weeks more until USCIS processes them.
will my I-140 be denied
Hi friends. I see a couple of observations in my friend's I-140 receipt notice, and I just wanted to know if you have any advice for me. First is that premium processing for eb2-niw was filed, and USCIS sent receipt notice that specified a 45-day timeline, and secondly, it seems that the case was also misclassified by USCIS as the employment category they specified on the receipt notice is E21 (advanced degree professional not seeking niw). This is not the category my friend applied for. what should he do?
