Status Update I get 221g

Status updated after interview and was requested to submit additional documents under 221g. Since then it has updated from ready to refused (which I know is AP) but it also has updated again back to ready & then refused again. Has anyone else experienced this?

Do I need to be in USA for accidental legal filing and proceedings

I am on H1B visa with approved i140. About one year back, I got an accident, and because of injury I got impact on work and hence lost the job. I don't know if I should try any legal actions wrt accident. Please guide if/how should I seek some law assistance. Am I entitled for visa resolution? Should I be in USA to file legal work or can be done while outside USA?

Hello guys, I hope everyone is in good health, I want to share my story this December 12, I will be 5 years old since I sent my residency application, in April of this year my case was updated to inform you that they took my fingerprints in the case. fingerprints that I made a year and a half ago, my lawyer says that I am in normal time. Recently, she found out and we realized that there were some errors in my application and we were able to fix them, but I have not heard anything since then and I am really desperate. I would like if you can give me suggestions

INS is not moving fast enough to many people applied in January still waiting. We are in November now almost a year. They are still accepting applications. 🤦🤦
