Original H1B Extension Approval Notice never received?
My H1B extension , dependents H4 extension , H4EAD (Spouse) Extension was filed Together on 08/31st. Online status of H1B showed approved of 11/25th and H4 , H4EAD approved on 11/29th. Received the Original H4, H4EAD approval notices within a week pf approval and those have valid I94 until February 2027.Attorney's office never received the H1B Approval Notice. My employer received curtsey copy of H1B Approval Notice & employer has shared the curtsey copy with me. Attorney filed a service request with USCIS on 12/26th
1. Curtsey copy have an approval till February 2027 , but doesn't have I94 , Will this cause any issues with continuation with employment
2. I am working with same employer since Jul 2016 , will missing I797 cause any issue for I9
Please advice
3. Please advice best options for my case.
