how long did it take to get the i-130 approved for those that did consular process? (not adjustment of status). Wife is from 🇲🇽. Did anyone try expediting it or K3 visa to get it approved faster?

Medical RFE
Is there anyone receive I 693 Medical RFE notice eventhough submitted initially with the case. Notice say i am missing i 693 so either they send another rfe notice if interview waived or i have to come along at the time of interview. My attorney said it must be error notice. My case is still at NBC.
How long it usually takes once Medical RFE we receive ?

My case both i-130 and i-485 were approved late December 2023 one day apart and approval docs for both received via mail but no green card
On the i-485 it says beneficiary may be invited for biometrics which has already been done before prior to now
Anyone in similar situations or who got approved in December and yet to get the physical card.
There is a caption in the mail that if you don't receive the card in 90days I can call a number 800*******.Has anyone gotten similar experience and what's the way to handle such situations
