just wanted to share my timeline. I filed vawa concurrently with the gc, work authorisation and advanced parole. I’m filing in terms of child suffering from abuse from us citizen parent.
I am currently 23 years old and I sm aware in order to file as a child I must be under 21 but they make acceptions for up to the age of 25 I have reasons for the delay such as abuse and financial situation. do you think I will get rejected for my age and reasons?
