@Baltimore Dude The law is clear that in order to do AOS you need to either have a legal entry, PIP, or through U visa. if you entered through the an inspection point and you can prove the entry you could possibly do AOS. You will need a lawyer this though. If you cannot prove you entered through an inspection point then you would need to do consular processing.

@William u thank you for the info,I’ve one of my friend who entered through Wall , and when he got marry with US citizen he went to court for his i130 but I never went to court for i130 because I entered through inspection point , so do you think it will be enough for my case ?

@Baltimore Dude You don't need to go to court but you do need to prove you went through inspection point. That's why a lawyer is needed here, and some lawyers may not want to pursue aos without entry stamp of some kind. Your friend entered through a broken part of the wall illegally, if he went to court that's cause he got caught. Was he able to get his green card?

@William u got your point, My friend climbed the wall and entered. His asylum case granted so he stopped his i130.

@Baltimore Dude Ahh, so he claimed asylum! Well that changed his course. Will you also be claiming asylum? Did you get any paper work from cbp when you entered?

There is no way to adjust without proof of valid entry. As you mentioned, you entered without a password and visa, and CBP does not have any record of your entry. You have to leave the country and do consulate processing, but make sure you don't have any re-entry bar. please consult with a lawyer.

@William u I did apply for asylum in 2016 and I got paper work and pay bond finger prints, but in 2023 I terminated my asylum case because lawyer told me it will take longer if you keep both cases “marriage and Asylum”. Right now I’m working only on i130.
