Hello guys!
I got the approval today and couldn’t be happier. Don’t get discourage if you see others get approve before you. I’ve seen it takes anywhere from 330 days to 380 days. don’t rely on estimate time remaining. what I did see was that my time remaining was changing a lot a week before approval. It would go from 5 months to 4 weeks in a day, then from 5 weeks to 2 weeks a few days later.
We are doing consular process in Colombia.

@Poka Joker I submitted my evidence at the same time of my I-130. They did not requested any additional evidence

@Poka Joker I would submit the Marriage Certificate, some photos of the wedding. some photos with friends.
you can submit those documents on unsolicited evidence if you have access to the online account

oh good that's normal???? Estimated time remaining until your current step is completed said 5 months yesterday said 4 weeks and today again went to 5 months. help what does that means

@F É in my case, I saw that my estimate time was going up and down on the same day, then few days later again. I got approval like a week later
