first they said mine was already transferred , the second contact , they said still in NBC

@Diego Carmona why you want it to be transferred ? transfer that means taking longer

some cases do not get transferred, they get approved at nbc.

I talked to them twice around this month. the first one was telling me it’s at National Benefits Center and the office waived my interview and the time frame for my case is 14 months, yesterday they told me that it’s still at National Benefits Center and the next step is gonna transfer to a field office

@Diego Carmona Your case was transferred electronically, for field office to decide if your interview is waived, but your approval notice will still come from the NBC.

@teetee fabulous🇯🇲❤️🇭🇹Are u saying that the field office do their investigation to ensure that your interview should be waved? The reason I’m asking USCIs transfer my case the 3rd month and next month make 1 year if their doing investigation I want them to come to my house and look and they can talk with the people in my company and just approve me already smh I have my son graduation coming up and I’m about to ask USCIS for permission to go

@God will make a way some how Yes exactly what I'm saying. I wanted them to come to my house too. I was saying the same thing until my i130 got approved this pass Sunday.
