Medical RFE
I have submitted my medical concurrently with other documents ( I-485, I-765, I-131), when I submitted my file to USCIS. now my question is will they send me RFE for medical again even though I haven’t gone out of USA?? Thank you

Where does AOS get approved, FO or SC?
Hi Everyone!
My i485 through EB3 was at NBC after SRC. I recently got RFE for my medicals and I sent them.
However I noticed that the RFE was requested from Fresno, CA field office and I realized that it had moved from NBC to CA. I live no where near California. I live in Louisiana and I don't understand why it was transferred to a FO so far and it wasn't my local FO. Usually EB3 interviews get waived and assuming they actually want to interview me, shouldn't it be at my local FO? Does this make sense to anyone? Do you think I am close to the finish line at all? Also where does AOS get approved, FO or SC?

for those who successfully reached Vermont office by yourself
or attorney, could you tell me the address that you used?
I want to submit additional documents (my old EAD card and old receipt notice) for 765 renewal since I am not sure if my attorney submitted them. (response from my attorney is very slow so I would rather submit those by myself) I believe it won’t be harmful for my case.

i130 approved, i485 pending
Hi everyone, It has been more than 150 days since my i130 was approved (1 day after the interview). The same interview notice clearly stated my interview was for i485 as I filed concurrently. There is no movement on i485 even after calling uscis, their reply ‘your case is within normal processing time’ even though i let them know it has been more than 120 days after my i485 interview. My case status still says ‘interview scheduled’.
Please advise, Thanks.

I already submitted my 485, but I recently found out I need to check “yes” for the public charge question on the form. we didn’t received rfe yet, what should I do?
also for question related to public charge, dose my family member’s student loan count for the household liabilities?
