can I file for citizenship?
I’ve been married to a US citizen for almost 5 years. I’ve been approved for a 2 years green card in June 2021. last year I filed for i751 and in March I’m eligible to apply for citizenship. I would like to know if anybody has applied for citizenship in NY while waiting for the 10 years green card . does the immigration conduct an interview with the petitioner and his /her spouse? or just the petitioner???
