I’m October 8, 2022 no movement, no response to congressional , no RFE. NOTHING. it’s ridiculous that some of us USC are having to wait so long and others seem to skip the line. May I ask what country beneficiary is from?

My PD is from November of 2022 and I have heard nothing. It is still at actively reviewing. I am noticing there are alot of others from 2022 that are still pending.

@adrien plummer my wife is in Jordan … yours? @Erica Oko I totally agree and it is annoying; especially that they approve ones for LPRs who don’t even have a visa available for them now!!! I filed a writ of mandamus with federal court and waiting till all parties are served so the 60 day waiting period starts.

update on my case: I requested a congressional inquiry into my case with my local congressman, after 30 days they were told it was moved to another service (California to Nebraska) for an additional review and couldn’t advise as to when adjudication would be complete and that we could send another status request in 60 days. Today I got notice that my case was under active review and approval was in the documents tab. I think the inquiry definitely helped in my case. so I encourage those waiting to do it.
