I-131 Denial
USCI S denied my I-131 stating I have a final order of deportation. But that final order was TERMINATED in July 2023 by the BIA and a copy was submitted with the I-131 application in August 2023. Strange enough, the I-765 filed with the I-131 was APPROVED but the I-131 was DENIED. Could anyone tell me if they had a similar experience? What do I do? I can't just make sense of it. #

Rfe request
Seen on my uscis account, rfe request was sent since 01-04-24. Have looked under documents but still no notice upload from uscis what they want. I probably have to wait till next week or until the letter comes.
Uscis is so f...... slow.

Permiso de trabajo por medio de Visa U
Estoy más que agradecida con Dios que me aprobaron mi permiso de trabajo en 7 meses ya que mi abogada dijo que podría tomar de 8 a 10 años. Será que una vez aprobado el permiso de trabajo mi visa U también pueda ser aprobada antes de lo previsto o tendré que esperar esos 8 a 10 años que me había dicho la abogada?
