4 months CPR, 2 months current, still waiting with anger.msc238...pd aug22

CRP from June- 9 months total , current from Jan 24, MSC23903593##.PD Sep 22. @hope ful same here checking every 5 min day and night. Frustrating everytime 🥲😔😔

@S K K our case is almost same. my batch is 239030. I have looked at recent approvals. I see that a few before my receipt number got approved. but I also see that there are others with receipt numbers earlier whose receipt numbers are like in starting of my batch but they have not got it. I’m just too confused at this point

Does your status auto machine to CRP if you filed concurrently and your pd is current or do you have to reach out to NBC to alert them that your I-140 has been approved and you’re current

approved today! CRP from November, 10th. PD Oct, 26. current since January as far as I remember. you'll get it when you would not expect, so keep calm ☺️

@Allie O The google sheet CRP tracker is good to understand how many CRP cases are getting approval but won’t tell you when you are likely to get a decision.

@DA AR I saw one case reduced from pending in MSc239030 block and went to approved on casestatusext but I don’t see any approval of msc239030 block on 14feb on the excel sheet

@hope ful I believe it still was not updated with approvals of 02/14… that is the reason

@hope ful MSC239038, for today 264 cases pending , but I see how they not only approve those cases but also add cases there , definitely only a part of them are current

@hope ful definitely… unfortunately I don’t think there is a way to learn how many are current and also I could not find a pattern to understand my place in the “queue” . there are cases in CRP before me and approved after … so really don’t know

@Allie O I have just chatted with Emma, she said my application reviewed by an officer in NBC today ! but after that she said NBC does not approve i485, they always transfer to FOs:(((( so I even doubt if I should trust her what she said earlier:(

@Allie O I also don’t trust too much ,they normally say they even can’t see if an application was looked by officer or not . this one said it was looked at today… the information they give too contravential. looks like we in general know more then them about our cases :)

@Allie O I see you mentioned in comment above you are also from MSC239038, I see statistics in CaseStatusext.com. if you check our block , it says 3590 cases in total , 236 pending. it this number (I mean 236 ) has been pending already since February 24. could you please tell me where do you see 121 pending cases ?
