Hey guys first time posting. I have my case processing in Nebraska. PD 06/05/2020 (Receipt date 01/08/21
Buty last update was Finger prints were taken.
Any of you have a similar case please share!
Also, does anyone know how reliable Emma chat is? I asked when my case was last revised by an officer and one person said 01/22/24 and when I asked someone today they said they don’t provide that info. #Greencard #unskilled

Wait is too long. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

@David G cool man! didn’t even know smth existed. will probably give another 2months since my PD only turned current for 4months and if it still isn’t done then I’ll take your advice thanks!!
