Sharing my timeline first half. My husband got approval today, saw it under document tab on my uscis account. Praying for everyone else. Hang in there and God is good. He answeres to everyone.
Will stay in the community for our 2nd half with NVC overseas consular processes. Rfe took 15 days after I responded on the 01-08-24.

24 months no EAD/ congress man says response!!
Friends, I filed vawa in 2022 February. All attempts to get my EAD have been unsuccessful. Expedited requests only sent a ‘informational’ letter to the lawyer. The lawyer also contacted the congressman in November2023 & January this year. They responded today. They said that we filed C31 & my case is processed at Humanitarian, Adjustment, Removing Conditions and Travel Documents (HART) Service Center.They say that vawa processing time is 37months. My lawyer says she filed c09 after we had filed c31 but we never heard anything from them. My question is , can i file C09 at this point or wait untill my vawa is approved then I get my EAD? Where can I send the documents to? what service center? What exact documents do I send? if my case is at HART center do I send documents there again? I need a job so desperately I can’t survive anymore. Please friends any assistance will help me. Has anyone sent C09 after C31 ? 24 months no EAD 😩😩😒
VAWA I-360 Expedition Request Denied
I lost my dad last year due to a stroke and my mother is currently hospitalized. I requested that my case be expedited but the request got denied.
I added my dad’s death certificate, his test results before he passed, my mother’s medical report and picture in hospital as evidence.
For those that got their expedition request approved due to passing of a loved one. Please help me out with your request template so I can rewrite and resend. Also let me know all the evidences you added.

My wife live with her parent now. They are our joint sponsor. Are they required to fill I-864a both ( father and mother Inlaw)?
my mother inlaw and father inlaw file tax as married, I think mother inlaw earn the more and way over the threshold. How do we go about the tax transcript?
Also my wife only fill I-864?
