RESPONSE TO RFE
I received a Request For Evidence in my USCIS account and also a copy in the mail. Online there is a place to submit rfe evidence and there is also a mailing address in the rfe request. should I submit evidence online or mail it in the mail?

yes you should upload online and also send in via mail. remember to make a copy of the letter with the mail, and send FedEx not USPS. I have had multiple packages never make their destination lately with USPS.

I got the rfe to for bonfi marriage . my lawyer send all the documents through mail to my local field office but it’s been over 3 weeks now no update what u thing is should gota upload online to . if yes . how to upload pictures nd the other documents in one pdf

@journey fellas my rfe was for bona fide marriage. upload any documents that you have that prove that you are actually together. this can be any government document that contains this information, travel proof (passport pages, boarding passes), shared bank accounts, pictures, chat messages. your rfe would tell you what they need so pay attention to that. I have a computer so I made word documents for each evidence that stated what the evidence was and attached the evidence and then converted it to a pdf and uploaded online. that’s what I did but there could be other ways. maybe consult your lawyer
