No receipt number for over 3 weeks for #N-400
Hi all, I filed a N-400 online on January 24th ana still didn’t get a receipt number. On website it says my payment received but couldn’t submit my application and I have to call USCIS. Calling them is not resolving this even with Tier2 service team. Is this normal to not receiving a receipt number nor any kind of notice ? What can I do at this point ?

did you check your doc tab? my receipt was uploaded right away there
